Body N Soul Psychotherapy

Take the reins of your mental health AND your life.
Equine-assisted sessions in Boulder County; virtual therapy anywhere in Colorado; coaching anywhere in the U.S.
You’re holding it together with duct tape and caffeine, but inside, it’s all falling apart. Maybe it’s the ADHD chaos that has you spiraling, the anxiety that leaves you second-guessing every decision, or the trauma that ambushes you when you least expect it. You know the barn should feel like your escape—but lately, even your time there feels like another thing you’re getting wrong.
Picture a life where you finally feel in control. You’re moving through transitions with clarity, showing up in the barn (or wherever you are) with focus and confidence, and enjoying your rides—literal and metaphorical—without all the mental noise. You’re grounded, present, and finally able to breathe.
I combine traditional therapy with equine-assisted techniques and coaching. Horses bring honesty and reflection, offering a safe, grounding way to work through patterns and rebuild confidence.
I bring 10 years in the therapy field, a lifetime of loving horses, and the lived experience of being an equestrian professional.

→ Thinking you’re not good enough even when you’re crushing it (hello, imposter syndrome).
→ Holding back because rejection feels scarier than putting yourself out there.

Meet Your Therapist
I’m Brittany Foust, LPC—a therapist, lifelong equestrian, and someone who gets it.
With over a decade of experience in the field, I blend traditional therapy with creative approaches like Equine Facilitated Therapy to help clients tackle life’s challenges. As a professional eventer, I also offer mental health support tailored to athletes and the unique demands of equestrian life.
When I’m not working with clients or on the farm with my horses, goats, and poodles, you’ll find me playing outdoors whenever I can. Therapy with me is real, relatable, and sometimes even a little muddy (thanks to the four-legged team).
Whether we’re hashing it out on a Zoom call or partnering with a horse, I’m here to meet you where you are.
